A digital power display? Yes please

The coolest feature of these headphones is the real-time playback on the front of the case. It’s nothing I’ve seen before, but it’s so much easier than pulling out your phone and swiping to find out how much charge is left. The top number indicates the amount of juice left in the case, while the two smaller indicators show the readings for each bud.

Excellent easy to use functionality

Apart from more innovative features like the LED display, these headphones have everything you’d expect from a quality pair. On-ear controls let you answer calls, skip songs and activate Siri. They also have several sound modes to choose from. Ziuty might call it “half-in-ear mode”, but make no mistake: it’s absolutely transparency mode. You will be able to hear your tunes, but not at such a volume that it drowns out something like a subway announcement.

They are also water resistant, so you can work out or walk around in the rain without too much worry. However, you probably don’t want to shower in it. They also pair easily with devices like your phone or tablet, and you can walk about 15 feet before you start hearing static.

Autonomy of 50 hours? Not enough

OK, I have a problem: the Amazon page says it has 50 hours of battery life, but that’s alone if you alternate between one earbud and the other. The truth is that the case can recharge the battery five times and each earbud holds five hours on its own. If you’re like most people and use both headphones, you can expect a maximum of around 30 hours of playtime. Of course, that’s more than enough for most days, unless you’re on a really long flight.
