Prince Harry claims Meghan Markle has been put firmly in her place for making a comment about Kate Middleton’s “baby brain” before their May 2018 wedding.
In his long-awaited memoir, “Spare”, The Duke of Sussex reportedly wrote that Markle told the Princess of Wales she ‘must have a baby brain because of her hormones’ in the middle of a tiff.
Middleton had given birth to her and Prince William’s third child, Prince Louis, just weeks before Harry and Meghan’s nuptials.
“There was a discussion about the timing of the wedding rehearsal and the bridesmaid dresses and Kate was very upset,” Prince Harry, 38, wrote. according to the Daily Mail.
The American-born royal, 41, was reportedly chastised for the comment and said she was not close enough to Middleton, 40, to make such a remark. In turn, Markle was “offended” by the reprimand.
Page Six contacted the Palace, which did not comment on Harry’s allegations.
This isn’t the first time, however, that tensions between the two have come to light.
In the royal renegades’ explosive 2021 encounter with Oprah Winfrey, Markle dismissed widespread reports that she ‘made Kate cry’ on bridesmaid dresses for the wedding, claiming, “The reverse happened.”
Markle didn’t reveal any further details about their tiff at the time, only confirming that it was about the dresses and it made her cry and really “hurt” her feelings.

“There was no confrontation. I don’t think it’s fair for her to go into detail because she apologized and I forgave her,” Markle said at the time.
“It was a very difficult week of the wedding and she was upset about something, but she owned it, and she apologized, and she brought me flowers and a note, apologizing.”

Harry’s book, which is set to hit stores on January 1. 10, don’t hold back.

The royal also writes that Prince William and Middleton encouraged him to wear a Nazi uniform to a party in 2005 and “screamed with laughter” when they saw him in it.
