The center, first built in 1969, consists of a stand-alone Save-A-Lot grocery store and retail strip comprised of national and regional tenants, including Dollar General, Pizza Boli’s and Cricket Wireless. East Drive Shopping Center, a 65,155 square foot office and retail building in Arbutus, was sold last week to a private buyer, according to Gil Neuman and Neuman Commercial Group, who brokered the sale.

The mall has been owned by a subsidiary of Bien/Paul Ventures since 1997, when it was purchased for $1.64 million, property records show. The most recent transaction has not yet been recorded in the property records.
